Bought a sideline jacket from them, warmest coat I’ve ever bought and waterproof too. I use it for doing the horses and walking the dogs. Was going to buy an expensive equestrian one but thought I’d look elsewhere before committing and then found rugbystore. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

I've read a few reviews that concerned me and I was hesitant to place an order but they where the only shop left that had more size options available for the item I wanted AND offered customised official replica jerseys as well. I rang and emailed my concerns and received a prompt response and was assured that they had listened to customer feedback around the colour of the customised elements of the item. Which is great because it shows they look at the feedback and make the necessary changes. Delivery was prompt and they threw in a free t-shirt and a gym bag. Give these guys a go they opitimise going above and beyond and also genuine rugby people.

Poor service. No extended returns over Christmas. Emails ignored.

Edit. Did accept returns. Only to refund 2 out of 3 items!

Amazing customer service. Had a query about the length of some shorts, and within half an hour of sending an email someone had been to the warehouse with a tape measure and responded to me.

Proper, well run business. Ordered the wrong size so emailed them the next day about the error. Quick response to confirm they had amended the order. The correct size Wales top came a couple of days later brand new and as described. Happy customer

I accidentally ordered 3 beanies when I only wanted one and called the customer service team to cancel my order and they were so polite and helpful and they cancelled my order and refunded me for the 2 hats. Spent like 4 mins on the phone to them.

Never received order just took the money so going through bank to claim back, website won’t load now so please AVOID

Ordered items before Christmas as presents. Arrived in good time. Items unfortunately didn't fit recipients. Swift response to social media enquiry and email on how best to address change of sizing and ordering of additional items. Items returned and exchanged swiftly. Items appear good quality and good value for money.

I ordered a few times at rugbystore previously with good prices and great delivery policy which has a fixed rate for any number of items bought there. It was really good when the shop followed their own rule saying: "Our standard Royal Mail Airmail service is a fixed price for any number of items and is available to all Rest of the World destinations." Now they don't want to ship the paid order saying that "With an order this size on the service you have selected would need to go in too many parcels."

A good shop, that takes care of their reputation, has respect for their promise. Not rugbystore.co.uk at this time.
